Born in Maldon, Essex, Charlotte has always been interested in sweet things. After working in restaurants and cafes in London and Sydney Charlotte set up Let Them Eat Cake here in Byron shire.

Let Them Eat Cake has been established for ten years and has supplied and created hundreds of celebration cakes in this rather wonderful part of the world. Charlotte also works with local wedding planners and many of the best wedding venues in Byron Bay.
